The Food Service Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food service operations within the Redford Union School District. This includes menu planning, food preparation, kitchen management, inventory control, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Food Service Director will also be responsible for leading and supervising kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment, and maintaining high standards for quality and service.​
